Team seats
Not built. An account is one person today.
Rain-event alerts
Not built. The permit ties an inspection to a qualifying rain event, and the record you keep here shows the trigger depth that applies to your site - but nothing watches the weather for you and nothing emails or texts you when it rains. You have to come and look, so do not rely on being told.
Permit-change monitoring
Not built. EPA's 2022 Construction General Permit expires on 16 February 2027 and state permits reissue on their own cycles. Your saved sites record the permit version they were determined against, but nothing notifies you when a permit is reissued.
Metered API overage
Not built. Each paid plan's included monthly call allowance is a hard ceiling: when it is reached the API returns a rate_limited error rather than billing you for more. Nothing reports usage to Stripe, so we do not charge per call and we will not pretend to.
Electronic NOI filing
Not built. We tell you which Notice of Intent applies, where it is filed and when it is due, and we do not submit it. You file it yourself with EPA NeT or your state agency.
Site inspections
Not built and never will be. The permit requires a qualified person to physically walk the site on a schedule. We generate the plan and keep the record; the inspection itself is yours.
Photo and document attachments
Not built. Inspection entries are structured text today. You cannot attach site photos to a log entry yet.

Questions about plans
Is the free tier genuinely useful, or a demo?
It answers the question completely. You get the coverage verdict, the governing permit, the eligibility screens, the inspection frequency, the stabilisation deadlines, the credential gate and every citation, for as many sites as you like, without an account. What it does not do is the recurring job.
So why would I pay?
Because the permit does not ask you to know the answer, it requires you to hold a written site specific plan and to retain an inspection and corrective action record for three years after coverage ends. Free tells you what is required. Pro at $49 a month produces the document and keeps the record. That is the whole difference, and it is a difference the permit created rather than one we invented.
What happens when I hit the API allowance?
The API returns a rate limited error. It is a hard ceiling, not a soft one: nothing reports usage to a billing meter, so we cannot charge you for calls beyond the allowance and we will not pretend to. If you need more volume, move up a plan.
Is there a test key?
Yes, on every plan including free. A test key runs the real engine against the real permit dataset, is throttled, and never bills. There is also a public sandbox key that works with no signup at all, so a developer or an agent gets a successful first call before deciding anything.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from the billing page, and the plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for. Your saved sites and records stay readable while the account exists.
